Customer Experience Manager

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, this role will not only support the business from an analytical point-of-view and standardization of processes but will also contribute to the team by leading and supporting the counter sales staff. We are a customer-focused business, and are seeking someone who support with the following:

  • Standardizing operational workflow, documenting SOP's, updating SOP's as needed
  • Implementation of standardized processes pertaining to all auto / in operations
  • Lead front counter (Inside Sales) team, including phone reporting
  • CTR on-site IT point of contact
  • Collaborate with Warehouse & Purchasing leaders to improve workflow
  • Conduct Performance reviews for Inside Sales team
  • Participate in hiring / on-boarding new employees
  • Participate in termination / layoff / off-boarding employees at time of exit
  • Facilitate & participate in team meetings
  • Project work as assigned
  • Implementation of Lean transformation for auto / industrial

Internal Sales Representative

  • Provide advice to customers on parts and industrial supplies
  • Fill orders by phone or email from our customers and Outside Salespersons and set expectations for delivery, pick up, or COD
  • Source parts and supplies from local warehouses
  • Assist in creating an environment that nurtures teamwork, efficiency and celebrates success
  • Engage in direct sales initiatives
  • Attend training and skills meetings as required
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
